Frequently Asked Questions 

I am concerned about how I will find time to do this

The sessions are flexible with options on frequency and duration work around you. The bespoke format can include a combination of 1:1 meetings, telephone support, skype and peer group meeting; within informal or informal tranquil settings; the most popular being talk and walk.

I am concerned that one person will not fit all my needs

Once you are comfortable with mentoring, you are encouraged to have more than one mentor. Through a diverse and trusted networking resource you can request to be introduced to other experts who will help you on your journey; or source your own contacts.

I am concerned that the support will be too generic

The support is bespoke, designed around your requirements, you remain in control of getting the results on your own terms. Once your preferences for communicating and learning are established a combination of self-assessment and coaching / mentoring techniques will be blended into the sessions.

I am not good at networking events which I know is important for growth

You can consider inviting peers and experts to a group mentoring / networking session that is professionally facilitated at your chosen venue. You choose the experts you would like to network with, or we will source and bring them to the table.

I am concerned that our internal mentoring programme has lost momentum

An external resource will rediscover the positives and suggest options and for those awkward questions and situations
